Waddle, Esq. has been appointed Chief Title Officer. Bates brings more than a decade of experience across the mortgage and title insurance industries, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Known for his ability to bridge complex sales strategies with streamlined execution, he has successfully scaled teams while maintaining a disciplined focus on compliance and KPI-driven performance.

Waddle is a licensed real estate attorney, title insurance producer, and notary with more than two decades of experience in operational leadership, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across the title and escrow industry. He has led operations for both attorney-affiliated and underwriter-affiliated title companies, with a proven ability to build, scale, and optimize title and escrow platforms across multiple states. His expertise spans multi-state licensing and reporting requirements, compliant workflow design, and organizational development. Waddle currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Land Title Association of Colorado, further deepening WFG’s ties to the state’s title community.
